PA Girl. back to class after the suspension of bubble gun

MOUNT CARMEL, PA. (AP) — A kindergartner 5-year-old is headed to class in Central Pennsylvania after being suspended for comments he made to another girl on a pink toy gun blowing soap bubbles

Officials say the girl, whose name was not released, said one of his classmates in the Mount Carmel area school district who was going to shoot her with a pink Hello Kitty bubble gun earlier this month. She was later suspended 10 days, but the discipline was reduced to two.

The Patriot-News (http://bit.ly/XUtwTK) Robin Ficker, a lawyer representing the family, said the girl will return to class at Mount Carmel elementary school on Thursday.

Ficker said she didn't even have the bubble gun with her and she never fired a real gun.
