Now African American Women Get Jumbo Loan Easily

Now African American Women Get Jumbo Loan Easily

African American women play a very important role in the American economy nowadays, getting more and more involved in the industrial and overall business world. Some of them are successful and influential entrepreneurs, venturing into several sectors such administration, management, PR and engineering. This fact has increased their capability to ask and take loans of all kinds, either for business or personal purposes such as jumbo loans.

African American women who wish to acquire a capital for a house purchase or financing for their business can now turn to several places where the best jumbo loan is available.

First of all there are many organizations, both local and international, that foster the personal and business development of African American women, granting loans with normal jumbo rate or longer payoff time. It is relatively easy to find these organizations in the US, mostly because they are all available online and because there are valuable pieces of information in local authorities and public offices.

The Government and the public sector run many projects and programs that aim to the financial help of African American women, providing grants and jumbo loans to women who have either been born in the US or immigrated there and have been legally settled for some years. The disadvantage of these loans and projects though is that they are relatively limited which means that whoever is interested needs to apply early, as soon as the target date and period start running.

Financial Institutions also give great numbers of loans to African American women, appreciating their growing participation and presence to the local economy. It is known that women become excellent professionals and have usually better credit scores than men, a fact that permits the banks to close larger amounts of loans to them.

This is the bright side though of loans given to African American women, because recent studies run by the Consumer Federation of America as well as the National Community Reinvestment Coalition prove that African American women get their loans with highly unfavorable terms from the banks and the financial institutions.

Numbers dont lie and what they say is that women of African American descent take mortgages and all kinds of loans with higher interest in a 32%, while most of them have bigger incomes than men . 50% of men who ask for the same loans have either worst credit scores or lower income but get the loans with lower interests. Women pay averagely 7-9% of interest rate in mortgages while men 5-6%. This is a drain that stigmatizes the black women, raising questions on the real reasons for this discrimination.

The current crisis in the financial institutions has affected African American women more than any other category, even though most of them meet effectively the requirements set by the banks. The subprime crisis in loans is significantly and disproportionally damaging black women, forcing many Consumer Federations in the US as well as advocacy groups to protest and defend the right of African American women to enjoy equal terms as men and white people, especially when are more qualified .

Here author just try to give the best information about
Jumbo Loan Terms for African American Women, either been born in the US or immigrated there and have been legally settled for some years. For more detail about Jumbo loan terms visit at http://www.jumbohomefinance.com/

'Pacific Rim' called American propaganda in China

(Warner Bros. Pictures 2013)Truth could be stranger than fiction: A Chinese army officer is denouncing the movie “Pacific Rim” as American propaganda, reports the news site China.org. The sci-fi blockbuster is about … robots.

According to China.org, in an op-ed for the People’s Liberation Army Daily, Zhang Jieli asserts, "The decisive battle against the monsters was deliberately set in South China Sea adjacent to Hong Kong.” He added, "The intention was to demonstrate the U.S. commitment to maintaining stability in the Asia-Pacific area and saving the mankind."

The monster flick depicts countries surrounding the Pacific Ocean that join forces to fight giant creatures called Kaijus that rise up from the ocean floor to attack humans.

Written and directed by Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, the summer film has grossed almost $400 million worldwide, including $106.2 million in China, where it topped the box office for the past three weeks. In fact, the monster vs. robots movie has done better in China than the United States, where it has grossed over $99 million so far.

But the success is probably more due to its entertainment, not propaganda value.

Rotten Tomatoes called it a “solid modern creature feature bolstered by fantastical imagery and an irresistible sense of fun.”

According to Voice of America, Zhang was referring to the “Obama administration's ‘pivot’ to East Asia, under which the U.S. plans to move 60 percent of its naval assets to the Pacific by 2020. Many in Beijing view the move as a U.S. attempt to contain China, despite assurances from Washington this is not the case.”

Zhang claimed in the opinion piece that U.S. movies have “always served as a propaganda machine to convey American values and their strategies in the world."

China is certainly watching plenty of movies, many of them American: China has become the world’s second largest box office market after the United States.

The country even agreed last year to relax its strict quotas of American movie imports, which previously had been only 20 a year. It has now increased the number to 34 with the promise that the additional movies be in Imax or 3D format — movies such as “Pacific Rim.”

Rodman to Kim: 'Do me a solid' and free American

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is tapping his friendship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to ask for the release of a Korean-American man sentenced to 15 years of hard labor in the North.

"I'm calling on the Supreme Leader of North Korea or as I call him 'Kim', to do me a solid and cut Kenneth Bae loose," Rodman said on Twitter. He later called the tweet a direct response to a Seattle Times editorial that dared him to ask Kim for the release if the two are really buddies.

Rodman visited North Korea in February and sat next to Kim as they watched an exhibition basketball game. His trip came at a time of high tension between Pyongyang and Washington and was not endorsed by the U.S. State Department.

Bae is a tour operator who was arrested in North Korea in November. The North's Supreme Court sentenced him last week for unspecified "hostile acts" against the state. In a Foreign Ministry statement on Sunday, North Korea said the 44-year-old Washington state man entered the country with a disguised identity.

Bae is at least the sixth American detained in North Korea since 2009. The others eventually were deported or released, some after trips to Pyongyang by prominent Americans, including former U.S. presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter.

North Korea's Foreign Ministry rejected speculation that it was seeking a U.S. envoy to negotiate Bae's release, saying he is not a political bargaining chip.

Analysts have said North Korea may be using Bae as bait to open direct negotiations with the United States over its nuclear arms programs. Bae's sentencing came during a lull after weeks of threats of war from Pyongyang against the U.S. and South Korea.

The U.S. has called for the North to immediately release Bae. It relies on Swedish diplomats in Pyongyang to deal with Bae's case because the North and the U.S. have no formal diplomatic relations after the 1950-53 Korean War ended in a truce instead of a peace treaty.

North Korea has not described the exact nature of Bae's alleged crimes. Friends say Bae is a devout Christian and tour operator based in China who traveled frequently to North Korea to feed orphans.

Rodman said after his trip to North Korea that he planned to return in August to vacation with Kim, a diehard basketball fan.

North Korea dreams of an American city in flames

SEOUL (Reuters)-New York under missile attack is a remote dream for North Korea's impoverished, yet that is precisely what the latest propaganda video from isolated State shows how to prepare a third nuclear test.

The video, posted on the website of semi-official Uriminzokkiri (http://www.uriminzokkiri.com/) and quickly becoming a viral Internet success, shows a United States city ablaze in scenes reminiscent of 9/11-part of a dream sequence in which a photographer around the Earth in a fictional North Korean space shuttle.
Rocket portrayed in crude animation, whose backing track is an instrumental version of "We Are the World", is labeled Unha-9, and the satellite shown is the Kwangmyongsong-21, as the young man's dreams of photographing the Earth from space.
"Black smoke is seen somewhere in America," says the video Korean text. "It seems that the nest of evil is on fire with the fire that started".
The video was removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim by Activision Games Inc., hence "Call of Duty" title pictures of burning city appeared to have been taken, but it was still accessible elsewhere on the Web.
So far, North Korea launched the rocket Unha-3 and is also on the third version of its satellite, which finally made it into space in December last year at the third attempt, triggering new United Nations sanctions.
The North is banned by the United Nations in the development of missiles and nuclear technology but says it has the sovereign right to a peaceful space program.
A North Korean space shuttle is beyond the wildest dreams of a country where the economy is smaller than 20 years ago and where about a third of children are malnourished.
Despite his bluster and threats to the United States, which the North labels a "hostile", Pyongyang is remotely capable of carrying a warhead of any kind capable of hitting an American city, although his rocket Unha-3 have a range of 10,000 kilometres (6,200 miles) that could reach the American continent.
North Korea has pulled plans to carry out a third nuclear test, which experts believe is imminent. You could use highly enriched uranium for the first time in an attempt to preserve his limited stock of plutonium used in tests in 2006 and 2009.
Washington has warned that a third test could trigger further sanctions against Pyongyang, but took a conservative line on the latest agitprop video from North Korea.
I've seen it, "State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland told a press conference in Washington, referring to the video that was released this past weekend. "Clearly I'm not going to dignify and talk about it here."
North Korea remains technically at war with South Korea and the United States after the Korea war of 1950-53 ended in an armistice rather than a peace treaty.
The propaganda machine of hyper-active threatened on several occasions to turn the South Korean capital Seoul into a "sea of fire" and has also labelled South Korean President Lee Myung-bak a "rat bastard" and staged fake kills him.
The latest video, which by Wednesday had been viewed more than 100,000 times on Live Leak, denouncing the "imperialist schemes to isolate and oppress us." (http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=203_1360053143)
"They won't be able to stop our journey towards the final victory," it says.
